Scope of the service
Hittabåtservice is an intermediary platform that connects boat owners with independent businesses. We do not carry out any work and are not a party to the agreement between boat owner and business.
Cost
Searching for businesses, creating a request and receiving replies is free of charge for boat owners. Businesses may pay for increased visibility, which is always clearly marked.
Responsibility
The business is responsible for the work carried out, warranties and any complaints. Hittabåtservice is responsible for the platform working and for ensuring that the details we state as checked have actually been compared with the company's official website or confirmed by the company. Hittabåtservice does not guarantee the companies' work, prices, availability, insurance or authorisations.
Replies and bookings
Only registered businesses can reply to requests. A reply with a price proposal is binding for the business according to the terms stated in it.
Reviews
Reviews can only be left after a completed booking via the platform. Reviews that break the law or contain personal attacks are removed.
Changes
The terms may be updated. Significant changes are communicated to registered users by email.
